Our Treatment: The ChiroCare Difference

While we believe in taking the time to listen and understand, we also invest the time in your care. We pride ourselves in taking a very comprehensive approach to your treatment and spending 30 minutes of one-on-one time with you during your treatments.

In conjunction with standard chiropractic manipulative therapy, we incorporate a number of different soft tissue techniques (Active Release Techniques, Graston, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy) to more effectively facilitate healing, and to allow for a much gentler adjustment. Soft tissues that are hardened through adhesions or that are fibrotic (scarring) are not only more pain-sensitive, but also tend to restrict movement of the joints. By treating the soft tissue component of the injury, the area may become less sensitive and a gentler mobilization can be performed. The result is a treatment that may be more effective and longer lasting.

Instead of utilizing only one particular adjusting method, we often use various chiropractic techniques depending on your comfort level. Our chiropractic physicians are skilled in a number of different adjusting methods, such as Diversified, Flexion-Distraction, Activator, SOT and Thompson. In addition, we commonly use other methods of treatment such as the McKenzie Method, Kinesotaping, manual traction, and physiotherapy modalities such as interferential therapy, ultrasound, and rehabilitative exercises. Further, we can offer lifestyle recommendations to complement your chiropractic treatment.
